You have many possibilities to spend your times around Porto, as there are many beaches, clubs and tours in the proximity.

The beaches of Miramar, Aguda or Granja are all very sunny and clean. You can relax there in the summertime or practice seasonal sports like jetskying or surfing.

Located at only 50 km (31 miles) away from Porto, Braga is a town worth visiting. There are many churches one can visit there, including the Populo Church, a wonderfully designed neo-classical church. Also worth visiting are the Braga Cathedral and Museum Medina.

At a longer distance (at about 125 km away or 77 miles) lies the wonderful city of Coimbra. The city of Coimbra has many attractions, and all of them could be seen in a day or two, as they are very close to each other. We recommend visiting the Old Cathedral and the Botanical Garden.
